At Bassett Fork Trucks we specialise in mobile dealership trained service engineers, who are available to attend to your site at your convenience. What ever your needs are we are here to help.

We can also provide a service plan to meet your needs, covering full vehicle servicing, breakdown and emergency repairs and planned maintenance.

We also understand the importance of keeping your fork truck running, which is why we have developed a number of service plans that will meet your business needs. We can also tailor service plans to meet customers who have special requirements too. Just speak to our sales team and let them know what it is you’re looking for.

Breakdown Response
If you have ever experienced a breakdown then you know when

your truck is not working you’re company is potentially losing money.

That is why we aim to cover urgent breakdowns for our customers

within 3 hours.

Thorough Examinations
If you own or operate a forklift truck, you are required by law to ensure that it holds a report of Thorough Examination. This applies even to trucks on hire.
Failure to comply can leave you open to prosecution and could invalidate your insurance… or much worse in the case of a serious accident arising from faulty equipment.
